Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


At “Restornia Pvt Ltd.”, we believe in assisting our customers to the best extent feasible. Hence, we have a liberal Cancellations and Refund Policy as detailed below:


Cancellation & Refund Policy:

For Cancellation of any order a person needs to call on our customer service number or raise a complaint on our website's support page and inform us about their order cancellation so that we can cancel there order, This is the process of order cancellation in both bulk order and individual order. 
Cancellations on an order shall be processed only if the request is made before 2 hours of scheduled arrival of the train and a 100% refund shall be issued.


If the cancellation is made within less than 2 hours and more than an hour before the arrival, a refund of 50% of the payment shall be issued.
However, in case of less than an hour remaining for the arrival, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed. 
In the event, of a wrong order being delivered, we request you to get in touch with us. A 40% refund shall be issued in addition to a 10% discount on your next order. However, no refunds shall be issued in case of bulk orders. 


Bulk Orders:
Due to the nature of our business, bulk orders (amounting to 10 or more people) need to be cancelled 10 hours before the delivery time for a full refund.
For orders that are cancelled between 10 hours and 5 hours of the scheduled delivery, a 50% refund shall be issued.
If an order is cancelled with less than 5 hours remaining for delivery, no refunds can be issued.

Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed. It should reflect in your source account thereafter.

Changes to the Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
